2. You will be asked a series of questions about the terms you wish to offer.
3. You will have a chance to review your completed offer.
4. My team will verify details with you and allow you to sign and submit.

Q: How do I save money by using this service?

A: By using WizardOffer, you will receive half of a percent of the purchase price at the time of close, towards any closing costs or pre-paids.

Q: What is the buying process like on the Gulf Coast?

A: We will make it as simple as possible for you. The first step is identifying the property you would like to purchase and getting it 'under contract'. From there, our team will assist you with setting up inspections of the property, gathering info on the HOA, and coordinating transfer of rentals (as is applicable). We are a full service real estate brokerage and you, the consumer, comes first. We will ALWAYS treat you fairly and honestly.

Q: Will I be able to modify my offer before I submit?

A: Yes, you will be able to review your full offer and change details before submitting for final review.

Q: Will an agent represent me?

A: Yes, a licensed agent will represent you as a transaction broker. We will be by your side every step of the way.

Q: Will my offer be legally binding?

A: Yes, your offer will be written on an attorney written contract, local to the market and the property.

Q: Will I be able to speak to an agent before I submit my offer?

A: Yes, a licensed agent will review your offer and speak to you before you sign.

A: After you confirm the details of your offer, an agent will review and call you. At this point you will be able to sign your offer via email.

Q: How do you come up with your rental projections on condos?

A: The rental projections on this site are based on a number of factors including condo complex, historical data, size (bedrooms and bathrooms), market conditions, and most importantly my local knowledege of the market. The estimates represent gross rental potential. They are a good guide and hopefully prove useful to you in your search, but I am happy to look at a specific unit and give historical data. Q: Do you sell my info to anyone?

A: Absolutely not. We take your privacy seriously and will not ever give out your info. You may recieve communication about real estate from our team in the future.
